Art Shows on the Outer Banks...the newest is Windmill Point in Nags Head

A few years Ago I came up with the saying the Heart of the Outer Banks is ART...and it is now truer than ever.   With all of the different places for the local artists to showcase their works , it is now better than ever to search and acquire the Essence of the Outer Banks Artists.

This summer with the blessing of  Town of Nags Heads , the Tourist Bureau and the Children's Museum , the local artists , and there are a lot of amazing talents here, have a venue to set up and sell every Thursday during June and July from 10 am to 3 pm.   It is a big open field with plenty of parking, making it easy to find and enjoy.  It is at Milepost 16 located between Miller's Restaurant on the sound and Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf.

There are Sea Glass Jewelry Artists, Potters, Painters, Photographers, Wood Artists , Blacksmith, Fiber Arts,Beaded Jewelry  and more...peruse the collection of photos , I know you will see something you like ...you will just have to come and take part in the treasure hunt..to find those special mementos and pieces for your home, gifts and more.
